Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact our office via Phone (07 2106 9926) or Email (info@digitalfxmachinery.com.au) to begin our refund process.
We do not offer Change Of Mind refunds or returns.
If you have received a faulty product, we will remedy this either by technical support to fix the issue, or by exchanging the product once it has been returned to us at our office. If the item is returned in suitable condition we will then offer an exchange or refund depending on the specific issue.
Refunds will not be issued until the product has been received by Digital FX Machinery and has been checked and tested.
To complete your return, we require an order confirmation number and proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You can also opt to receive your refund as store credit.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/Clearance items will not be refunded unless the product is faulty. Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders will not be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@digitalfxmachinery.com.au and send your item to: 1/22 Kingsbury Street, Brendale, QLD, 4500.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1/22 Kingsbury Street, Brendale, QLD, 4500.
Refunds are only applicable to items ordered and not the cost of shipping. If a replacement product is being sent to you (not refunded) no additional shipping costs are applicable.
If you have ordered an incorrect item, all shipping costs are at the customers expense. A new order will need to be placed for the correct item. The refund will not be issued until the item is returned and inspected.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
